Gregg has over forty years of experience as a builder in Tampa including a strong background in masonry, carpentry, design, and architecture bringing a unique dynamic to the building community here in Florida. Greg has twenty years of experience in residential and commercial property that spans investment, management, and construction. His construction experience ranges from urban infill townhomes to expansive, oceanfront properties. He understands that every client and project is unique and combines his passion for design and eye for detail to understand the vision necessary to bring it to reality. He takes pride in developing and maintaining relationships with the most exclusive vendors and builders in the Tampa Bay area.
Originally from Belpre, Ohio, Greg obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Teri has twenty years of experience in logistics and account management. Originally from the northeast suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota, she moved to Clearwater Beach in 1998 and immediately fell in love with the area. She has been with Dream Coast Builders since the doors opened in Downtown Clearwater and loves helping people bring their dreams to fruition from design to building.
Teri Gazda
Office Manager / Project Coordinator
Steve has over twenty years of construction experience and started his career in Chicago where he worked with his father and ran their own carpentry business. He traveled the country installing and maintaining English Conservatories on high-end homes and some businesses and relocated to the Tampa Bay Area in 2014 where he spent over eight years working for a construction company as a builder specializing in custom remodeling and design. His main focus was finish carpentry, but he was also responsible for many other aspects of projects (tile work, drywall, cabinets, concrete, basic plumbing, electric, and managing projects).
When Steve is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog at their St. Petersburg home. They enjoy biking, kayaking, and all the other wonderful things the area offers.

Originally from Queens, New York, Bryan is an avid sports fan and car enthusiast. He believes in treating every project as if he were building a home for himself and his family, ensuring quality and care in every detail. As Chief Morale Officer, Bear takes his job seriously—whether it's providing a warm welcome to visitors, ensuring everyone gets their daily dose of tail wags, or simply reminding the team to take a break and enjoy life. Known for his love of belly rubs and his boundless enthusiasm, Bear brings positivity and joy to every project. When he's not patrolling the office, you'll find him lounging in his favorite sunny spot or supervising site visits with his keen (and adorable) eye for detail.
